Pareidolia EP

FORM Music welcomes Animal & Me for a new four track EP. The Parisian producer is a multi-faceted artist who immerses listeners in rich atmospheres and ranges from minimal to house to techno in his style, and is someone who collaborates with Popof on Hot Creations as well as releasing his own music on that label and the likes of Cocoon. Opener Messiah is nearly eight minutes of rolling house music with a thoughtful bassline and curious lead synth. The mood is subtly uplifting and the tracks groove is smooth and seductive. Pareidolia then gets a little darker and more direct, with paranoid synth lines making for an unhinged atmosphere as heavy techno drums power things along. Third Eye is then a majestic track with magnificent synths unfolding in dramatic main room style above chunky drums. Its one to get the whole club to take note, and last of all Signs is a soulful techno track with sombre moods thanks to the well crafted synth lead and plenty of energy in the kicks. With a big breakdown it builds real tension and will have the floor in raptures when it rolls again. Animal & Me has already had support from the likes of Oxia, Miss Kittin and Eats Everything and its surely likely to win more fans with this great new EP.
