Cardopusher
Cardopusher is venezuelan-born and Barcelona based DJ, producer, Red Bull Music Academy alumni (Barcelona 2008 edition) and most recently co-founder of the Classicworks record label. Inspired by labels like Schematic, Planet Mu, Rephlex, and the diverse scene surrounding them in the early 2000s, he decided to start his own productions. Since then has been cranking out different genres in the electronic music spectrum in the last 10 years, and also has been playing a range of events from regular parties to huge festivals around Europe.His discography includes quality offerings on varied imprints such as Hyperdub, DVA Music, Tigerbeat6, Kitsuné, and Frijsfo Beats to name a few. Has remixed artists like Badawi, James Franco, Danton Eeprom, ational events including Sonar Festival(ES), Outlook Festival (CRO), Mutek (ES), Bangface Weekender (UK), Norberg Festival (SE), Trans Musicales (FR), Gogbot Festival (NL), Monegros (ES) and SOS 4.8 (ES).In spring 2013 Cardopusher signed to Boysnoize Records bringing his unique producer talents to the label with a couple of releases on Boysnoize Records Trax during this year. In 2014 he continues working on new stuff for BNR, his own label Classicworks and also debuting as CWS (new project along Nehuen) with a 12” release on Barcelona ́s Struments Records.
