Luis Junior
Luis Junior has released on some of the most influential labels such as KX (Kompakt), Bedrock, Global Underground, Traum, Yoshitoshi, Cafe Del Mar and many more. Also, releasing on his own imprints, Abysoma Records launched in 2001 - mostly for downtempo and chill out music - and Mooseekaa launched in 2012.
This string of revolutionary productions quickly shot Luis into the DJ spotlight, playing in many clubs and festivals worldwide.
Luis Junior also focuses his efforts to further promote electronic music and culture through his Mooseekaa radio show which was
established in 2008. Luis however began his radio days in 1988 when he was just 15 years old and quickly worked his way to a professional radio spot in 1993, jointly been a resident DJ in some of the best clubs in Madrid as well as a guest DJ in many other Spanish clubs at that time.
Apart from his own work as a DJ and music producer, Luis Junior is also doing mastering for many artists and labels. He is involved in projects composing original music and sound design for documentaries, films, TV and other media projects. Nowadays, he is working on his 3rd album after 2 chill out and downtempo albums released on 2001 and 2002. He just signed on Best Works Records that will see his music soon.
