Vomvo 02 Part 3

Vomvo is a conceptual album created by Sincopat that gives a different artist every year the chance to orchestrate his own soundtrack. Darlyn Vlys was the first one to develop this concept last year, and his Vomvo was an emotive, dark and smooth story about his past present and future. For this year the Sincopat kaiser AFFKT is the man at the controls:

I wanted to be rawer and darker that usually I am, but also really emotional on the selection and the collaboration tracks I made on purpose for this project

For the third chapter of the story Darlyn Vlys and HearThuG work together again for a futuristic piece called 'Atoms of Love'. For the third original track of his Vomvo AFFKT joins Mike Ravelli in a fantastic analog road to 90s tech-house highly influenced by The Chemical Brothers or Westbam. We welcome back one of the best voices in the Electronic scene with the collaboration between Thomas Gandey and the new project Artbat formed by Ukrainian team Dj Artur and Batish. Last but not least Iman Habibi aka Habischman presents an epic and hypnotic track that perfectly defines the shape of this Vomvo 2015 by AFFKT.

I had an initial idea about the mood for my Vomvo, but most of the tracks arrived to me naturally from several artists/friends I respect. I was sure about the sound I wanted for the whole project so I mixed in my studio most of the tracks and got involved also on the creating process on some of them
Vomvo 02 is a timeless album work and selection handcrafted with care and love by AFFKT for Sincopat.
